Website chat and support tickets

Updated 30 September 2026. Before answering a question, the Heritage Alliance chat asks how to address you and collects your name and email address. A one-time code sent to that address verifies that you can access it. Verification is required to ask questions or create a support ticket.

Your verified identity, questions and chat responses are used to provide support and let authorised Heritage Alliance staff review chat trails. The chat uses published website information and approved public-facing repository content as its information sources. It does not provide access to private repository files, credentials, unpublished records or other visitors’ information.

If the chat cannot answer your question, you can choose to create a support ticket. The ticket includes your question and verified contact details. A notification is sent to communication@rdlabs.life so the team can follow up. Creating a ticket is a separate action; asking a question alone does not create one.

Routine chat messages become eligible for deletion after 90 days unless they are linked to a support ticket. Tickets and their linked chat information become eligible for deletion after 365 days. Expired verification challenges become eligible for deletion one day after expiry. Cleanup runs in daily batches when the chat is used. A necessary session cookie keeps your verified chat session available; the chat does not place your name, email or messages in browser local storage.

Please do not enter sensitive medical information, patient identifiers, passwords or payment-card details. This website chat is for organisational information and support, and is not a clinical consultation or an emergency service.

To request access, correction or deletion of chat or ticket information, contact communication@rdlabs.life. See our contact page for current office details.

Online career applications

Updated 30 September 2026. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, verified email address and the role selected. Email verification is required before you can invite references or submit supporting documents.

Provide three distinct references who have agreed to be contacted. Each person receives your name and the role title, together with a private link to approve or decline being a reference. Invitation links expire after seven days. Reference names, email addresses and decisions are recorded with your application. All three references must approve before you can confirm the vacancy’s eligibility criteria. Your confirmations and a 250-word statement explaining why you should be hired are recorded for review by the hiring committee. A staff member must approve this verification before document uploads unlock. This is a preliminary human review, not an offer of employment.

The final application includes a motivation letter, CV and relevant degree or diploma, each in one PDF file. You may combine several documents into the PDF for each category. These files, eligibility confirmations, hiring statements, committee feedback and reference information are private recruitment records accessible to authorised administrators; they are not published on the website or used as chatbot knowledge.

Each submitted application triggers a notification to career@rdlabs.life. Supporting documents remain in the protected administration portal and are not attached to that notification. Recruitment staff use these records to review the application and follow up with you.

Application records are retained for recruitment follow-up. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your application, contact career@rdlabs.life. Verification codes expire after ten minutes, and expired verification challenges become eligible for cleanup after one day. A necessary session cookie maintains your access; application documents are not saved in browser local storage.

Account registration and public profiles

We use the name, verified email address, affiliations, biography, motivation and expertise you provide to create and manage your account and review your registration. Authorised Heritage Alliance administrators can review these details. Volunteer, intern and other professional registration requests require human review.

Email verification and essential account messages support your registration. Receiving optional Heritage Alliance communications is a separate choice. We record these choices independently.

Your email address, password and motivation are not included in the public community directory. Your name, biography, expertise and optional portrait can appear publicly only when you consent and an administrator approves publication. Public-profile consent can be withdrawn from your account workspace. Uploaded portraits remain private until the publication conditions are met.

For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion, contact info@rdlabs.life. For a registration review, contact career@rdlabs.life.
