  • Individual-based prevention

The clinic focuses on personalised prevention using minimally invasive inflammatory and cardiometabolic assessment. Selected tests may include C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), a lipid profile and glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c). Remote dried blood spot (DBS) collection can support these pathways where the receiving laboratory has validated the specific assay, collection method, sample stability and interpretation. Innovative digital eHealth tools support remote follow-up and integration of clinician-reviewed results with harmonised individual electronic health records (EHRs). These inflammatory markers are not standalone tests for cancer or Alzheimer’s disease.

May be selected when requesting an appointment.

  • Community-based prevention

Community programmes extend prevention through supported remote sampling, risk assessment, referral and follow-up. The proposed digital pathway connects harmonised EHR data with community health indicators from District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2), supporting coordinated care and population-health monitoring. Individual-level linkage uses authorised DHIS2 Tracker data where available; aggregate community indicators support population analysis rather than identification of individual patients. Real-time or near-real-time updates depend on approved interfaces, source reporting and connectivity. Data sharing requires an appropriate legal basis, consent where required and controlled access; live integrations remain subject to implementation and validation.

Listed service — availability to be confirmed.

Community programme requiring an agreed population, site and delivery plan.

  • General health check-up

A personalised assessment for people who feel well, including personal and family history, medication and lifestyle review, examination and an individual prevention plan.

Listed service — availability to be confirmed.

May be selected when requesting an appointment.

  • Laboratory assessment

A coordinated range of laboratory investigations selected according to age, medical history, examination and individual risks. A check-up does not automatically include every laboratory test.

Listed service — availability to be confirmed.

May be selected when requesting an appointment.

  • Medical imaging assessment

Medical imaging when clinically indicated, with referral to an appropriate provider and clinician-reviewed interpretation. Routine whole-body scanning is not included by default.

Listed service — availability to be confirmed.

May be selected when requesting an appointment.

  • Cancer screening and biomarker assessment

Evidence-based screening appropriate to age and risk, with selected biomarkers for specific diagnostic indications. Tumour markers do not reliably screen healthy people for all cancers.

Listed service — availability to be confirmed.

May be selected when requesting an appointment.

  • Brain health and degenerative disease assessment

Assessment of cognitive concerns and modifiable risks for Alzheimer’s disease and other degenerative conditions. Specialist evaluation, imaging and validated biomarkers may be considered when indicated; Alzheimer’s biomarkers are not routine screening for people without symptoms. Results are interpreted with clinical findings and do not guarantee prediction or exclusion of disease.

Listed service — availability to be confirmed.

May be selected when requesting an appointment.
